In 1986, Markos & Widly, Inc. formed a company manufacturing bean bag chairs. A year later, the company grew, and this expanded company changed its name to include to Elite Products - manufacturing a mix of products that included futon convertibles, futon mattresses, futon covers and accessories, bean bag chairs, foam furniture and various accent furniture pieces.
